IN ZUERA THE PADDOCK IS READY FOR THE WSK EURO SERIES. Free practice, which has continued as far as today, is now over; from now onward all the chronometres in Zuera are ready to take the official times. The chase for the pole position starts tomorrow morning, with the WSK Promotion official timing which will have the final word on each of the four categories. The record lap is the first goal the 170 drivers who passed scrutineering are aiming at. We are at the second round of the WSK Euro Series: this event is an ideal and definitely successful occasion for international kart racing teams and drivers to challenge each other.
KF AND KF JUNIOR: DRIVERS AIMING AT SUPERPOLE. For the KF and KF Junior categories the goal to achieve in qualifying is the Superpole, in order to earn the first points in the KF and KF Junior categories. In fact, the qualifying special session, reserved to the 12 fastest drivers of the morning session of these two categories, awards 3, 2 and 1 point to the first three qualified drivers. Just scrolling the list of the entrants, everybody can see that there are many skilful competitors in this Spanish round of the WSK Euro Series. That's why the performance in the Superpole can be crucial in the race for victory. So, focus on the results of the British drivers Ben Barnicoat (ART GP-TM-Vega) and Lando Norris (FA Kart-Vortex-Vega), who will have to fight hard to keep the leadership in their categories - the KF and KF Junior respectively.
RACING SATURDAY IN ZUERA: FINAL 1 FOR THE KZ1 AND KZ2. The first part of tomorrow is dedicated to qualifying: the results of qualifying will set the positions on the starting grid of the qualifying heats. Heats are scheduled in the second part of the programme; at the end of these heats, attention will be focused on the categories with 6-speed gearbox: KZ1 and KZ2 will run their Final 1. For both categories, this is the first race in which points are awarded to the first 12 drivers. On this occasion, the Dutch Max Verstappen (CRG-TM-Bridgestone) and the Italian Riccardo Negro (DR-TM-Bridgestone), the leaders of the two categories, will have to do their best to keep their rivals at bay and keep the leadership.

CARLOS CHECA VISITS THE WSK EURO SERIES OF ZUERA. The Spanish Carlos Checa, motorcycle racing champion, could not help attending such an important international kart event. He showed up at the circuit of Zuera to see the first phases of the Spanish round of the WSK Euro Series. He was welcomed by WSK Promotion President, Luca De Donno, and Checa showed great interest for the technical and organizing issues of the event.
