TOMORROW THE FINAL DAY LIVE IN STREAMING FROM 10:30AM ON WSK.IT.

THE FINAL SHOWDOWNS ARE NEAR AT THE WSK FINAL CUP.

Only the Pre-finals and the Finals and the trophy of the 2017 WSK Final Cup 2017 will be awarded. This is the event which has closed the WSK Promotion season since 2011. After today’s qualifying heats, it is going to be quite hard to remain at the top of the standings for the current leaders of the Series. New opponents emerged today in all the categories - KZ2, OK, OK Junior and 60 Mini -, which makes the results of tomorrow’s finals even more unpredictable. This is a further reason to follow the live streaming provided by WSK Promotion and which will be available www.wsk.it. The streaming starts at 10.30am with the first Pre-final.

KAROL BASZ ATTACKS IN OK.
He won the two heats he took part in: the Polish Karol Basz (Kosmic-Vortex-Bridgestone) closes the qualifying heats stage in the leading position, ready to attack the current leader of the OK. Basz will be the pole-sitter in tomorrow’s Pre-final A; next to him the Italian Lorenzo Travisanutto (Zanardi-Parilla), the leader of the standings. Today he placed third but he is ready to redeem himself tomorrow, in a race which is going to be as heated as ever. Good performance also for other top drivers: Nicklas Nielsen (Tony Kart-Vortex) placed second and he will be the pole-sitter of the Pre-final B; next to him the German Felix Arnold (Tony Kart-Vortex), the real surprise of the day. After the result of these two races, we will have to wait only for the Final for the definitive verdict.

LORANDI STILL IN THE LEAD IN KZ2.
The Italian Alessio Lorandi (Tony Kart-TM-Bridgestone), leader in KZ2, is still ahead of the pack after the qualifying stage: he will be the pole sitter in tomorrow’s Pre-final A. The Rumanian Daniel Vasile (DR-Modena) is trying to close the gap: he won a heat and tomorrow will start next to Lorandi. Second row for the Italian Matteo Viganò (Tony Kart-Vortex) and the Russian Ivan Chubarov (Croc-TM).

BERTUCA GRABS THE LEADERSHIP IN THE 60 MINI.
Two victories in the heats for the Italian Cristian Bertuca (Evokart-TM-Vega): he is the surprise of the 60 Mini and, tomorrow, he will start from the pole position in the Pre-final A. Next to him, in the front row, the Russian Nikita Bedrin (Tony Kart-TM), leader of the standings and best driver in qualifying yesterday. Three successes for the Italian Alfio Spina (CRG-TM), who secured the pole position in the Pre-final B. Second slot for the Italian Alessandro Cenedese (Parolin-TM).

HARRY THOMPSON IS CLOSING THE GAP IN OKJ.
Harry Thompson (FA Alonso-Vortex-Vega) is today’s top driver of the OK Junior: the Brit is closing the gap fast after the disappointing results achieved in the first round. He deservedly won today’s three heats and he will be the pole sitter in tomorrow’s Pre-final A. Next to him, the French Luca Bosco (Tony Kart-Vortex), third in the standings in today’s heats and eager to score as many points as possible. The pole in the Pre-final B is for the surprising Gabriele Minì (Parolin-Parilla) who placed second in the heats. The Czeck Roman Stanek (Kosmic-Vortex) will start next to him in the front row, while the current leader of the Series is rather behind: the Swedish Viktor Gustafsson (Tony Kart-Vortex) will start, in fact, from the third row of the Pre-final B.
