DRIVERS AND TEAMS OF THE 60 MINI, OK JUNIOR, OK, KZ AND KZ2 CATEGORIES ARE READY TO CHALLENGE EACH OTHER IN THE SECOND ROUND OF THE SEASON.
ON SUNDAY 20TH THE FINAL PHASE IN LIVE STREAMING ON WSK.IT

THE RACE FOR THE WSK STANDINGS.

The new appointment of the WSK Super Master Series is on its way. Next weekend, in Sarno, the International Circuit Napoli is hosting the second round of the season. The season-opener of the International Series of kart racing promoted by WSK Promotion, which took place two weeks ago in Castelletto di Branduzzo, proved how drivers are eager to lay their hands on the victory at the end of the four events in schedule. The circuit of Castelletto hosted heated races despite the wintry weather, which did not affected the performance of the drivers and their karts. The 220 entrants to the second round in Sarno are looking forward to get back on track to aim at victory. The fight on the 1,699 metres of the facility near Mount Vesuvius is going to be tough and it will be possible to follow it live thanks to the streaming provided by the WSK official website www.wsk.it. The streaming is covering all the races on Sunday 20th, since the start of the Prefinals.

HUNT TO THE LEADERS.
The programme starts on Thursday 17th March with free practice, then qualifying on Friday 18th and the heats on Saturday 19th. The frontrunners, the current leaders of the standings, will need all their skills to keep at bay their rivals. In KZ, the leader is the French Anthony Abbasse (Sodi-TM-Vega) and he is the top driver to challenge after his win in Castelletto; in KZ2 the Dutch Stan Pex (CRG-Vortex-Vega) leads with a full 80 points, as well as the Moroccan Sami Taoufik (FA-Vortex-Vega) in OK Junior. In the OK, the Spanish Pedro Hiltbrand (CRG-Parilla-Vega) is at the top of the standings thanks to his victory in the Prefinal and to his second place in the Final, while in the 60 Mini the first position is occupied by the Italian Francesco Pizzi (Energy-Iame-Vega). This second round is going to be even more intense thanks to the incremental scoring system, which will put at stake a larger amount of points.
